LAUKHAMAR
The municipality consists of a group of islands, located south of Bergen where the Hardangerfjord and the coastal archipelago meet. The largest of these islands, named Tysnesøy or Tysnes can be reached from the mainland either by ferry or the town of Våge in the north of the island or by the bridge constructed on the eastern side of the island.

A fantastic dream spot for those seeking peace and tranquility. Laukhamar is situated idyllically on the south side of Tysnes, with a panoramic view towards the Hardanger Fjord and Halsnøy. The nearest shop is only a 10 minute drive with a car to Flakkavågen or 10 minutes with a boat to Huglo.
